VARIO The Art of Structure

The first three VARIO element art series are built on a dialogue between the southern and northern landscapes of Europe. It all begins in the forest, in the quiet moment of waiting for rain, when the earth is breathless and still before the first drop falls. The series unite the warmth and soft light of the Mediterranean with the calm silence and cool breath of northern woods.
Each element becomes a conversation between the rhythms of nature, light and shadow, wind and wood, the vitality of the south and the serenity of the north. The presence of extreme weather and forest fires has left a lasting impression on the designer’s emotions and on the form language of the works. Storms, drought, fire, and rain have shaped the movement of the surfaces and the behaviour of light, telling a story of the fragile balance of natural forces.
VARIO invites harmony between these contrasts – a place where light, memory, and material breathe the same air.

MEDITERRANEO
Sea, waves, continuity
The Mediterraneo series is a tribute to the sea, its rhythm, movement, and endless flow.
The carved surfaces echo the soft repetition of waves, capturing the dialogue between light and shadow.
Each element breathes in the rhythm of the sea itself, a movement that never truly stops.

MIJAS
Forest fires, mountains, majesty, overcoming oneselfThe Mijas series holds the energy of fire and the endurance of mountains. Its engraved patterns rise like peaks reshaped by wind and flame, symbols of resilience and rebirth. It tells a story of courage, transformation, and the quiet pride of survival.

ARDALES
The drying of lakes, the meaning of water, waiting for rain, humilityBorn from drought, the Ardales series reflects the fragile balance of life dependent on water. The cracked textures and layered carvings speak of both vulnerability and hope.Waiting for rain becomes an act of humility before the forces of nature.
